Gabrielle Touchette is a freelance photographer working in Winnipeg, Canada and specializes in wedding photography, portrait photography, events photography and fine art photography. Gabrielle has been passionate about photography for over 12 years and has recently completed the diploma program at PrairieView School of Photography. In the past few years, Gabrielle has had the pleasure of working with musicians, families, artists, film productions and wedding couples in the Winnipeg area. One of my first maternity shoots was with Chris and Bev when they had their first child a few years ago, and now with their second one on the way we did another photo shoot. I always enjoy photographing them and their family, so this was yet another lovely (and fun!) opportunity to spend a day with them in their beautiful sunny home.
Carmen and Michel radiate with joy and enthusiasm, and I was absolutely delighted that I had the opportunity to photograph their wedding… all the way in Ontario! They are full of life and love, which made for an absolutely perfect wedding day.

I was absolutely delighted when I had the opportunity to photograph Julia and Mike’s newborn baby, especially since I hadn’t seen them since they got married. Julia and I met several years ago, and though we live in two separate provinces, we still keep in touch regularly - by Canada Post mail, no less!
Zachary is a beautiful baby and absolutely adorable. He is the perfect new addition to the family and I’m glad to see how much joy he brings to his parents (and grandparents!). Congratulations Julia and Mike!
One of the winners of our contest “WARM UP TO LOVE” were Amy and Josh. They submitted a photo way back in the dead of winter and since then a lot has happened. Not only did they win a free photo session, but they also got engaged in May! Congratulations guys! I was more than happy to go run around Kil-Cona Park one evening this week for a portrait session. I can safely say that this adorable couple loves having fun together and are completely into each other! Throughout the shoot, I’d often overhear them whisper “I love you” into each other’s ears. All together now: “Aaaaaaaaw!”
I think these pictures say a lot about who they are, and though it was my first time meeting them, I was glad I got the chance to get to know them so well. Thanks guys for being such great models! :)
