I’m a Winnipeg photographer who adores taking lifestyle photos of people and events all while expressing myself artistically. Although I never imagined myself becoming a wedding photographer, my passion for photography naturally led me to weddings. I first fell “accidentally” in love with wedding photography in 2008 after shooting a few friends’ weddings and I’ve been HOOKED ever since then!
Weddings gave me a chance to fine-tune my portrait photography, capture fleeting moments of beauty and turn expressions of love into works of art. What more could I ask for? It’s the dream job! I started my business in 2008 after getting a diploma in professional photography from PrairieView and since then, I’ve had the chance to meet so many wonderful people and to capture so many beautiful celebrations of marriage.
When I’m not busy with weddings, I also do portrait & headshot photography as well as work on photographic art projects. You’ll occasionally see my photos in art galleries along with my photo art collective and I also spend time teaching photography to other photo enthusiasts. I have a wonderfully creative husband who supports my passion and an extremely cute baby girl who lights up my life (and has given me even more reasons to take thousands of photos)!
I love photographing people: capturing genuine emotions and candid moments. I believe everything is photo-worthy and everything has a purpose to communicate. With photography I celebrate life, love and art and I can't wait to share my passion with you!
