There's nothing like a Frenchesque patio in Winnipeg on a hot summer night to enjoy wine too expensive for ex-students. And not to mention paté made of duck liver... or was it goose liver? ...covered with a layer of butter and spread on baguette slices. This is how we like to start our photo expedition. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the photo shoot fun, but I heard it was splendid. (missing in photo: Bonnie... who came later). Aaaaah, to be graduated and have all the time in the world to enjoy the summer with our cameras.

I'm so sorry I've been absent from blogging in the past month. May has been the busiest month of my life (no exaggeration), and although I probably broke a record of most pictures taken in a month, not a single one went up since May 11. Too busy shooting, no time for editing and blogging!

Here's a fun shoot I did last week with a couple of friends. Airbrushing makeup was done by Melissa Finch.
