Guacamole - first time I made it, and not only did it turn out tasting super good, but it inspired a quick photo shoot just before cleaning up the big mess. The texture of the scooped out avocado and the chunky lime was enough to get me running for my macro lens. Yummy picture! and yummy on crackers.

In case you're curious, here's the recipe: 2 avocados, juice from one lime, half a red onion, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, fresh garlic and some hot peppers. So good!
